Presenta los cuatro ejes tem\u00e1ticos \u2014reforma del Estado, hacienda p\u00fablica, seguridad alimentaria y productividad\u2014 junto a tres \u00e1reas operativas: incidencia, capacitaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento institucional, integrados en una matriz estrat\u00e9gica que gu\u00eda la acci\u00f3n del CES.<\/p><p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"1327\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Detalla la vinculaci\u00f3n del Plan de Reactivaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Social en componentes estructurales (sistemas de informaci\u00f3n, servicio civil, transparencia, finanzas p\u00fablicas, competitividad, empleo digno, conectividad, movilidad humana, inversi\u00f3n social, desarrollo rural, descentralizaci\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica) y sustantivos (pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas prioritarias).
