Mynor \u00c1vila, subdirector de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguimiento y Evaluaci\u00f3n del Desarrollo, y el Lic. Estuardo Rodr\u00edguez de Le\u00f3n, especialista en an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico, ambos de la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN). Jorge Lavarreda, quien present\u00f3 un ejercicio t\u00e9cnico orientado a contrastar la asignaci\u00f3n del gasto p\u00fablico con los indicadores municipales de pobreza, a partir de informaci\u00f3n del gobierno central, gobiernos municipales y entidades descentralizadas y aut\u00f3nomas.<\/p><p data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2925\">Durante la exposici\u00f3n se record\u00f3 que este an\u00e1lisis da continuidad al seguimiento que el CES ha dado a temas vinculados con condiciones de vida, mapas de pobreza y finanzas e inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica. En ese marco, se explic\u00f3 que los mapas municipales de pobreza elaborados por SEGEPLAN combinan resultados de la ENCOVI 2023 y del Censo Nacional de Poblaci\u00f3n de 2018, lo que permite observar con mayor detalle la situaci\u00f3n territorial del pa\u00eds.<\/p><p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"21663\">\u00a0 <\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" Bernardo L\u00f3pez Figueroa, quien particip\u00f3 como ponente en el panel \u201cModelos de Di\u00e1logo Social en Am\u00e9rica Latina\u201d.
